What exactly do I get when I buy a voucher?
Each voucher gives you access to one specific service at the selected support level (Impuls, Starter, or Premium). You’ll receive details on how to book your session or submit your request via email or a booking link.
Can I choose multiple services with one voucher?
No. Each voucher is valid for one service only, as described in the product details. If you need multiple services, please purchase multiple vouchers or upgrade to a higher level.
How quickly can I book or get my results?
- IMPULSLEVEL: Bookable within 48 hours
- STARTERLEVEL: Turnaround time depends on the service (usually 2–5 business days)
- PREMIUMLEVEL: Support starts within 1–2 weeks, and services run over multiple days or weeks.
Are the vouchers refundable or transferable?
No. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be redeemed by the person or business that made the purchase.
How long are vouchers valid?
Vouchers must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of purchase. After that, the offer expires.
